I model a cholera outbreak in Zambia. Our goal is to predict how the outbreak evolves and simulate the best possible interventions.
I build ODE-based compartmental models of cholera transmission at the population level, alongside stochastic simulations to capture outbreak uncertainty. I am part of a multi-institution team that also works on ML-based forecasting.
